Greg is awesome! The Kansas City housing market is crazy. Houses move very fast and you need a responsive realtor like Greg to make it happen. We are from out of town and had limited time to view homes while we were in town. Greg took a late night request and was able to get us a viewing on a house that there was a lot of competition to see. he was able to secure a late viewing and I am glad that he did. He helped us to get the home of our dreams in a difficult market!!!! Thank you for being there with us through the whole process and making it as painless as possible!!!

Greg is a stand up guy! He is very knowledgeable and has a long history in construction making him, in my opinion, what a realtor should be. -Someone who can really tell you what you're looking at with your potential new house. I would highly recommend Greg as a realtor for that reason solely but for many others as well. I had a realtor in the past that had zero experience with construction and really felt "on my own" at that time inspecting houses. Greg always answers your calls which was one thing I loved about him. I didn't need to call many times as he was very good about keeping me in the loop but when I did, he had the answers or found the answers to my questions for me. When my house was inspected, there were a couple of wood rot spots on my siding. The inspector wanted those fixed before closing. With my background in construction myself, of course it was something I wanted to do myself. Although, with my moving situation, I did not have my tools in Kansas City. It was a simple project that would have been a nightmare for me to get figured out without all my tools. Greg had me covered. Not only did he bring his tools, he came and helped me fix it! Absolutely blew my mind! We were finished in a hour. I will definitely be calling Greg in the future for resale and/or buying another house. Do not hesitate to contact Greg!
